- Ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition including tags and labels still attached.

- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a mistake was made on our part;
- Only the cost of the item purchased will be refunded - postage costs will NOT be refunded unless a mistake was made on our part.
- We do not refund or exchange sale items just because you change your mind or the item does not fit.
- Tinaholy formal gowns "made to order" will be treated differently - you will be offered a 50% refund on items that do not fit, or if you simply change your mind. Formal gowns already in stock are fully refundable as per the above policy. You will be notified at time of purchase as to which policy applies.
Please note: the above policy applies to online orders only. If you make a purchase at our Ballina store and then return the item, you will be offered store credit or exchange. The item must be returned intact within the 30 day period to qualify.
In the situation where you believe the item(s) purchased may appear faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
