After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Amazon Fashions as well as from the payment gateway used (eg. PayPal or eWAY).
We aim to process your order within 2 business days of receiving it and then we'll let you know as soon as it's ready. We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries, and depending on which method of post you choose (Regular or Express) delivery times will differ - please see the Australia Post website for their delivery standards.
If you live in Ballina (NSW), your parcel may be hand delivered. If you do not wish this to occur, please make a note on the order and the parcel will instead be posted.
We accept no responsibility for any delays caused by Australia Post.
Most items in our shop are received by customers between 2 days and 2 weeks (assuming a non-remote location). In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is no longer available, we will let you know within 2 business days of your order. You will be given the option to wait until more stock arrives or to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for the delivery of formal gowns as all stock is held in Sydney and only gets shipped to us once an order has been placed. Therefore, there will be 2 - 3 days between the time you place an order and the time we actually send to you. On the off-chance that our Australian warehouse has run out of the style you ordered, we will place that style on back order and it will be shipped as soon as new stock becomes available. (Usually within 4 weeks). We will notify you within 2 business days if any items are not immediately available, and you will be given the option to go ahead with the back order, or cancel if the delivery time frame does not suit. If the style you ordered is no longer available, or back order is not an option, you will be given a full refund.
