After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Amazon Fashions as well as from the payment gateway used (eg. PayPal or eWAY).
We aim to process your order within 2 business days of receiving it and then we'll let you know as soon as it's ready. We use Fastway Couriers for most of our deliveries, unless you require postage to a PO Box, or a location not serviced by Fastway. In this situation, we will use Australia Post parcel post, or if you have paid an additional fee, Australia Post express.
Delivery times will differ depending on which method is used, but as a guide, the closer you are to Ballina (our store location), the sooner you will receive your parcel. Please check the Fastway website for a better indication of how long your delivery might take, or Australia Post if that is the method used. We will let you know exactly which method we've used once we've sent your parcel, and at the same time, provide you with tracking information.
If you live in Ballina (NSW), your parcel may be hand delivered. If you do not wish this to occur, please make a note on the order and the parcel will instead be posted. Alternatively, you can collect your parcel from our River Street store.
We accept no responsibility for any delays caused by Fastway or Australia Post.
Most items in our shop are received by customers between 2 days and 2 weeks (assuming a non-remote location). In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is no longer available, we will let you know within 2 business days of your order. You will be given the option to wait until more stock arrives or to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for the delivery of formal gowns as all stock is held in Sydney and only gets shipped to us once an order has been placed. Therefore, there will be 2 - 3 days between the time you place an order and the time we actually send to you. On the off-chance that our Australian warehouse has run out of the style you ordered, we will place that style on back order and it will be shipped as soon as new stock becomes available. (Usually within 4 weeks). We will notify you within 2 business days if any items are not immediately available, and you will be given the option to go ahead with the back order, or cancel if the delivery time frame does not suit. If the style you ordered is no longer available, or back order is not an option, you will be given a full refund.
